Ranisa

Ranisa is a Virtual Legal Assistant working for the Milton office and a university student at the University of Guelph. She is fluent in Tamil and has experience supporting legal professionals with administrative tasks, legal research, and client communication. With a strong interest in criminal law and human rights, she is passionate about learning about legal systems and social justice issues.

She brings prior experience as a receptionist and clerk, where she developed strong organizational and client service skills in fast-paced legal and administrative settings. These roles have equipped her with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with client. In her role, Ranisa assists with managing case files, preparing documents, and maintaining effective communication with clients and third parties. She is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the legal team. She also supports the organization of the firm’s database server to streamline file access and collaboration.

Her academic background and dedication to continuous learning enable her to contribute meaningfully to a wide range of legal matters. She is a dependable and thoughtful team member who takes pride in providing reliable, high-quality support.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and watching crime documentaries!
