Fayrouse Hassaan, known to many as Fay Hassaan, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003 and has been in practice since 2005 after returning to Canada from California, where she completed her Master of Laws in Transnational Business Practice. Fay’s practice began in Oakville in the practice areas of: Family, Criminal, Wills and Real Estate. Fay seized an opportunity to move her office to Milton in 2007 and opened a second office in Grimsby in 2022.
Fay’s interests include: working out regularly at GoodLife Fitness, Salsa Dancing, Theatre, Nature, and listening to and singing along with all genres of music. Fay participated in two community theatre productions with the Halton Law Association, which included: “Twelve Angry Jurors” and “Witness for the Prosecution.” Tom Carson & Pat Clement volunteered their time to produce the plays and the Halton Lawyers and Paralegals volunteered their time act for the purpose of raising money for the Milton Centre for the Arts.

Pavneet is a law enthusiast, and dual-qualified lawyer, who is passionate about working as a litigator and who enjoys the day to day challenges of the legal profession. She joined the firm as an articling student and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
Her practice includes areas include: family, criminal law and real estate. She represents clients in minor offences to complex cases in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She is attentive and responsive, dedicated to helping her clients navigate the challenges of the criminal justice system. Pavneet is compassionate and genuine with her clients, while remaining fierce in her advocacy in court.
In her free time she enjoys photography, cooking and spending time with family.
She serves her clients in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi. She accepts legal aid, and private retainers.
With over 23 years of litigation experience, Rose practices in the areas of family law, civil litigation and Corporate law.
Rose acquired a Masters of Education in 2012. As a former educator at the University of Windsor (experiential learning) and St. Clair College (paralegal program), Rose is able to guide and explain court procedures in a manner that her clients appreciate and understand.
“Ammal is a Legal Assistant who joined the team at our Milton office in June of 2022. She is currently enrolled in an Honours Social Science Program at McMaster University, where her passion for law continues to grow.
Outside of the office, Ammal enjoys reading and spending quality time with friends and family.
Christine’s practice has expanded over the years from Family Law to Estate Planning, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Immigration matters.
Christine’s clients are able to benefit from Christine’s varied past experience which provides her with a wealth of knowledge of multi-jurisdictional Wills and Estate Planning, Immigration, Refugee and Family Law matters. Not only does Christine have a background in counselling and social work, assisting women and children in abusive relationships, she also practiced family law from the perspective of the Legal Department at the Family Responsibility Office (FRO), collecting child/spousal support on behalf of support recipients.
In addition to her experience in various areas of Family Law, Christine worked in Refugee Law and International Human Rights Law assisting activists and their families fleeing from oppressive environments. Through her work with refugee law matters, Christine has spoken at various forums including several reputable international NGOs as well as the United Nations High Commissioners for Refugees and Human Rights in Geneva and New York.
Christine also has a teaching certificate specialized in adult education and brings to the firm her experiences working in community legal education. She is often invited to speak at community agencies and multicultural organizations in Peel and Halton regions on various legal topics.
It is no surprise Christine’s clients often refer to her patience, compassion, guidance and thoroughness as well as her zealous advocacy on their behalf. This keeps them coming back and causes them to refer family and friends to the firm as a sign of their genuine appreciation and satisfaction with her services.
Aishley is a licensed real estate professional and the real estate clerk for the Milton office. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications in 2020.
Aishley is a knowledgeable and committed member of the team who is focused on providing clients with optimal results to ensure their real estate transaction closes as smoothly as possible.
Aishley is a huge animal lover. She enjoys travelling in her free time and spending time with family/friends. She also loves swimming and relaxing on the beach.
