Shams is a multilingual legal professional fluent in Turkish, Arabic, Turkmen, and English. She began her academic journey studying International Relations and law before immigrating to Canada, where she successfully completed the Paralegal Education program at Humber College. With two years of experience in Immigration and Personal Injury Law, Shams currently serves as a legal assistant at Hassaan & Associates where she has begun to explore and gain exposure to different areas of law. She is in the process of obtaining her P1 license and is deeply passionate about advocacy, committed to pursuing law school to advance her legal career. Outside of her professional life, Shams enjoys practicing Pilates and has a strong love for animals.
