Fayrouse Hassaan, known to many as Fay Hassaan, has been in practice since 2005 after returning to Canada from California, where she completed her Master of Law in Transnational Business Practice. Fay’s practice began in Oakville in August 2005 in the practice areas of: Family, Criminal, Wills and Real Estate. Fay seized an opportunity to move her office to Milton in 2007 and has remained in Milton ever since, where she resides with her mother and is active in the community.

Fay’s interests include: working out regularly at GoodLife Fitness, Salsa Dancing, Theatre, Nature, and listening to and singing along with all genres of music. Fay participated in two community theatre productions with the Halton Law Association, which included: “Twelve Angry Jurors” and “Witness for the Prosecution.” Tom Carson & Pat Clement volunteered their time to produce the plays and the Halton Lawyers and Paralegals volunteered their time act for the purpose of raising money for the Milton Centre for the Arts.

Fay’s goal is to create a full service firm for the ever-growing Milton Community, affording clients the ability to obtain legal services in the areas of: Family, Criminal, Real Estate, Immigration, Will, Estates, Civil Litigation and Corporate Law all within one firm. In addition, Fay’s desire to create a 5 lawyer firm plus support staff will afford the lawyers the ability to specialize and focus on one or two areas while being able to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
